The questions we get every time.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and anyone who quotes before understanding the operation is guessing. What we commit to is the structure: discovery is a fixed price agreed up front, and the first release is fixed-price against the scope discovery produces. You know the number for each stage before it begins.
How long does it take?
Discovery is one to three weeks. A first release is weeks to a few months depending on how many workflows it covers. If your deadline is fixed, say so early - we will cut scope to meet a date rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do, from day one. The repository, database, domains and cloud accounts are in your name throughout, not transferred at the end. IP in work built for you belongs to you on payment. And yes, we will sign an NDA - send yours or ask for ours.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Often. We start with a paid review of the code, data and deployment, then tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or replacing. We will not pretend a rebuild is necessary when it is not.
Do you work outside South India?
Yes. We are based in Chennai and work with clients across India, mostly remotely, with on-site time where the operation needs to be seen first-hand.
